Domestic Shipping

Packages sent Standard Shipping usually take 5-9 business days.

International Shipping

Packages sent Standard Shipping usually take 15 to 45 business days, whereas Premium Shipping will provide an estimated delivery time from 7 to 15 business days.

You can check the logistics information directly in your order details.  The information will be updated within 5-7 days after product is shipped.  

           

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase!  If you have an issue with a product, we want to make sure that you are fully satisfied.  Please contact us at contact@birdiesonly.com with name, order number, & email address if you are planning to return an item.  The packing slip should provide the address for returning the product.

Return Policy: Any claims for undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached should be submitted within 14 days from when the item was received.  Any claims for misprinted, damaged, & defective items should be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received.  For packages lost in transit, all claims should be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Shipping cost is non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless it is a processing error.
